WTVP 47's own ILLINOIS ADVENTURE continued its 15th season with a journey across the border to St. Louis to visit Grant's Farm, a piece of Missouri farmland once plowed and planted by U.S. Grant-and now home to more than 1,000 animals from six continents. The new program also toured the nearby Grant's Home, traveled to the Cog Hill Golf Course north of Joliet, and went fishing on Lake Shelbyville with state champion fisherman Dan Vinovich.
